Do you offer pickup?
- Orders can be picked up from our location in Woodbridge/Vaughan, ON.
Pickup is available Wednesday-Saturday 12pm-5pm. Orders take approximately 24-48 hours to be fulfilled.

What size is the mold?
- Please check each description for sizing and dimensions.
Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes we do!
I want a specific mold, but do not see it. Is it possible you will have it?
- We stock new arrivals monthly, however if you're interested in a product not listed, please email us.
How long are my sprinkles good for?
- Sprinkles have a shelf life of approximately 12-18 months from date of purchase, however can last longer if store in a cool, dry temperature.
How long will my order take to get to me?
- All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Depending on the method of shipping chosen at check out, your shipping time will be in addition to the processing time.
When will I receive my tracking number?
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It will update you on all of your shipment's progress.
I made a mistake! Can I cancel my order?
- Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We can try our best to accommodate any changes/errors in order placement. To do this, please email us at shopcakeyourway@gmail.com as soon as possible after realizing any errors.
My order says delivered, but I didn't get it! Help?
- Unfortunately, Shop Cake Your Way is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you experience anything of the sort, please contact us at shopcakeyourway@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
I placed my order Friday, and I paid for express shipping. Will I get it on Monday?
- Orders can only be shipped during business days (Mondays-Fridays) as postal offices do not deliver or process packages on weekends and/or holidays.
I changed my mind, can I return my order?
- All sales are final on food products. Cake tools, molds, and/or supplies may be exchanged if defective and in original packaging. Please contact us at shopcakeyourway@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.
